3. Enrollment and Course Fees

Enrollment in any course or workshop at Veridian Stage Academy requires the completion of the registration process and payment of applicable fees. All fees are quoted in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Veridian Stage Academy reserves the right to refuse enrollment to any applicant at its sole discretion. Specific terms and conditions regarding payment plans, late fees, and cancellation policies are outlined in the enrollment agreement provided upon registration.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Veridian Stage Academy's cancellation and refund policy is as follows:

• Full refunds are issued if a course is cancelled by Veridian Stage Academy due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances.
• Students who withdraw from a course at least 14 days prior to the start date will receive a full refund, less a $50 administrative fee.
• Students who withdraw between 7 and 13 days prior to the start date will receive a 50% refund.
• No refunds will be issued for withdrawals made less than 7 days before the start date of the course, or after the course has commenced.
• Exceptions to this policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis for documented medical emergencies or other extenuating circumstances, subject to the discretion of the Academy Director, Ms. Eleanor Vance.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video clips, and software, is the property of Veridian Stage Academy or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content on this website without the express written consent of Veridian Stage Academy.
